How to lose weight with Acai Berry

I never had a weight problem in my life.  I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and never gained a pound.

Life happened to me as I got older and my doctor finally said to me “You’re overweight – you need to loose 40 pounds”. I went home in a state of shock – now I had to think about what I eat throughout the day, count calories, and exercise. I mentioned my new weight problem to my sister and she just smiled and said “You should try acai berry – it’s great for loosing weight!”. I had not heard about acaiberry before and just wanted to know how can I loose weight with what my sister called a superfood – acai berry.

I did some research and found that acaiberry can help me lose weight healthy. Acai berry is from Brazil and other South American countries – they have consumed acai berry there for hundreds of years because it has lots of nutrients and boosts energy. I felt better knowing that athletes like to use acai berry juice for its energy boosting qualities and to lose weight.

I drank acai berry juice for a week and noticed a difference from the first day. I felt more energetic and actually felt like walking a little more than I usually do – I usually feel really sluggish in the early evening but I felt great with acai berry juice right from the first day. After one week I took my weight and found that I lost 6 pounds! I checked my scale two times just to make sure.

Acai berry juice has some really important ingredients that are fat-oxidizing to make loosing weight easier and faster. It also has anti-oxidant properties, which I also like because they fight off things in your body that lead to other diseases – and I know that being over-weight makes you prone to different diseases, so I’ll take any help I can get. Acai berry juice also contains omega fatty acids which improve the appearance of your skin, help fight off arthritis, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

After one month drinking acaiberry juice I lost 18 pounds! I told my sister and she was amazed. My sister mentioned that men lose weight faster than women – she said that she lost 10 pounds in her first month. I also told my sister that I feel more energetic and that I’m walking more, which helps me lose weight even faster. My sister said that I should also drink plenty of water and try to watch what I eat too – although the acai berry juice was helping me a lot. During my second month I lost a little less weight, but I was happy because I was losing weight.

It took about four and a half months to lose 40 pounds and I feel great now. I feel like walking more often now which helps me maintain my weight. I still drink acai berry juice because I feel so good when I drink it, plus it tastes great too.
